2-3/4 cups Ventura Hidden Valley Sesame
Oriental Dressing (630850)
To assemble each wrap: Place 3 oz (#12 scoop) diced chicken on tortilla. Add 1/2 cup shredded lettuce and 2 Tbsp dressing. Fold wrap. Cut in half. Serve 2 halves per serving.

10 lb Valley Meats 80/20 Fresh Ground

1/4 cup + 3/4 Tbsp Onion, minced
8 oz McCormick Lawry’s Taco Seasoning Mix (502200)
1 qt + 2 cups Water
80 each Reduced Fat Nacho Doritos 1 oz (603090)
8 lb C.H. Robinson Shredded Lettuce (360700)
4 lb + 12-3/4 oz Bix Diced Tomatoes (380248)
4 lb + 12-3/4 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 gal + 1 qt Salsa
1 qt + 1-1/4 cups Kemps Sour Cream (900540)
1. Brown ground beef. Drain off fat. Add onion, taco seasoning and water. Blend thoroughly. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Crush chips in bag and then cut bag open along the side.
3. On top of crushed chips inside each bag, layer 2 oz spoodle taco meat, 1/3 cup lettuce,
1 oz tomatoes and 1 oz cheese.
May top with 2 oz salsa and 1 Tbsp sour cream, if desired.
