Foodservice recipe - Mediterranean Pizza

MEDITERRANEAN PIZZA (Watch the product showcase video here)

1 each  Rich’s Lavash (908870)

2 oz  Pesto (347385)

2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil (620591)

1 cup Shredded Mozzarella/Provolone Cheese (907380)

6 slices  Capital City Tomato (362012)

1/2 cup  Monterey Thin Sliced Mushrooms (380680)

1/2 cup  Roland Quartered Artichoke Hearts (601340)

Mix pesto and olive oil together. Spread onto lavash. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 425°F for 8-12 minutes.

Foodservice recipe - Stuffed Calzone 

STUFFED SHRIMP AVOCADO CALZONE
YIELD: 12

1-1/2 each Rich’s Lavash (908870)

8 oz Cream Cheese (903710)

4 oz Ventura Heavy Duty Mayonnaise (631000)

1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (430211)

1/2 cup Diced Mozzarella/Provolone Cheese (306980)

2 tsp Wholesale Minced Garlic (391021)

1/2 cup Roland Quartered Artichoke Hearts (601340), chopped

1/2 cup Norpac Flav-R-Pac® Chopped Spinach (962690)

1/2 cup Capital City Avocado (375050), diced

3-8 dashes McIlhenny Tabasco® Pepper Sauce (560481)

8 oz Aqua Star Cooked Tail-Off Peeled & Deveined White Shrimp (956250), chopped

As needed Par-Way Tryson Bak-Klene® Egg Wash (620940)

1. Combine all filling ingredients.

2. Cut lavash into halves.

3. Place filling on one half of each halved lavash.

4. Brush edges with egg wash, fold and seal.

5. Bake at 400°F until turns golden brown and cooked/heated through.

 Foodservice Recipe - Hye Roller Sandwich

HYE-ROLLER SANDWICH

1 each Rich’s Lavash (908870)

2 oz Cream Cheese (903710)

1 oz Bix Spinach (361171)

1 oz Cheddar Cheese Slices (900000)

3 oz Perdue Smoked Sliced Turkey Breast (934860)

2 slices Capital City Tomato (362012)

1/4 cup Capital City Cucumber (360481)

As needed Roland Balsamic Vinegar (422110)

Spread cream cheese onto lavash. Fill and roll with remaining ingredients except balsamic. Cut into desired size. Drizzle with balsamic.

Foodservice recipe - Spin Art Dip with Lavash Triangles 

SPIN-ART DIP WITH LAVASH TRIANGLES

YIELD: 3 PORTIONS

6 each Rich’s Lavash (908870), cut into triangles or strips

SPIN-ART DIP

8 oz Cream Cheese (903710)

4 oz Ventura Heavy Duty Mayonnaise (631000)

1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (430211)

1/2 cup Diced Mozzarella/Provolone Cheese (306980)

2 tsp Wholesale Minced Garlic (391021)

1/2 cup Roland Quartered Artichoke Hearts (601340), chopped

1/2 cup Norpac Flav-R-Pac® Chopped Spinach (962690)

1/2 cup Capital City Avocado (375050), diced

3-8 dashes McIlhenny Tabasco® Pepper Sauce (560481)

Mix all spin-art dip ingredients together and divide into three ovenproof dishes. Bake at 400°F until hot and bubbly, approximately 8-10 minutes.
Deep fry lavash triangles (or strips) until crisp.
