So, let’s dish out some social media wisdom that'll make your dining options intrigue new diners and excite those who haven’t visited for a while!

  1. Consistency is key! If you want to be the talk of the town (or the retirement community), you’ve got to show up more often than your great-aunt Ethel at an all-you-can-eat buffet! So, post regularly or your followers might forget you faster than available tickets for a Taylor Swift concert.

  2. Show off your people like you're bragging about your grandkids! Whether it's your dashing servers or your culinary wizards in the kitchen, let your staff shine brighter than the newly polished silverware! We eat with our eyes first, but we come back for the charming company. People want to see people and will share posts about those they know.

  3. Visual content is the meat and potatoes of social media. No pics? No clicks! Serve up some eye candy that’ll make mouths water and fingers tap that “like” button. Remember, a picture is worth a thousand words, but a video? That’s worth a thousand likes!

  4. Keep your finger on the pulse of your posts. This is the heart rate of your work and dining room. If your engagement is flatlining, it might be time to perform CPR on your content.   5. Social media customer service: It’s like table service, but with more emojis! Ignoring messages is like pretending you don’t see customers frantically waving their empty water glasses. Stay on top of those direct messages like you’re watching the early-bird special countdown timer! Customers have turned to digital options and are awake 24/7. A timely, genuine response will prove your establishment isn’t run by robots.

Most importantly, remember that the public and your followers are hungry for content! Let them feast on your offerings in 2025!
